1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered only for services that have not been initiated or delivered.
If the project or service has not commenced and the request is made within 3 days of payment, a partial refund may be issued.
For subscription-based services, cancellation should be made before the renewal date to be eligible for a refund.

Digital marketing campaigns after deployment.
Domain, hosting, and third-party licenses purchased on your behalf.

Email address and mobile number used at the time of purchase
Payment reference or transaction ID
Reason for the refund request
All refund requests are reviewed by our team. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or UPI app.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
