1. Service Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel services by providing a written request via email before the commencement of the project or service execution.
For subscription-based or recurring services, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date to avoid charges.
If the project work has already started, cancellation may not be eligible for a full refund. Partial refunds, if any, will be determined based on the service stage.
2. Non-Cancellable Services
Services involving third-party costs (e.g., domain purchase, server hosting, licenses) are non-cancellable once initiated.
Custom development work that has already begun is considered committed and cannot be canceled unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Company-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel a service under circumstances such as misuse, breach of terms, or unethical client behavior.
In such cases, clients may be notified and eligible for a partial refund depending on the work completed.
